                            My Marketing Proposal for selling your Home! 

                                                      

                                 

I believe that every property is unique and has to have its own tailored marketing plan. The plan has to be comprehensive, customized, elegant and targeted toward the right potential buyers. My customized marketing strategy is what will sell your Home. I will be present at every showing appointment to make sure that the Buyers are aware of all the special features in your Home. Point of sale starts when the Buyer walks in through the front door. Unlike most brokers, I would like to be present to try to convince the potential buyers, why your home is a better fit for them than any other home in the neighborhood. The following is my Marketing Proposal.

1- Your property will be Blast-Emailed to 1000 agents at Rodeo Realty.

2- Your property will be Blast-Emailed to almost 20,000 Real Estate professionals in 
West-Side Los Angeles 
and the San Fernando Valley.

3- Your property will be advertised through direct mailing
 
to 500 Homes in your neighborhood. 
    Neighbors may know a family member or a friend who wants to move in to the neighborhood.

4- Your property will be advertised in Tempo MLS and West side Multiple listing, which means that 
     your property will get exposure from Santa Barbara to San Diego.


5- Your property will be advertised in Los Angeles Times.
 

6- Your property will be advertised on-line, on over 30 different websites, including #1 visited website, Realtor.comLosAngelestimes.comTrulia, Zillow,  and
Rodeo Realty.com. 


7- I will hold a Broker's Open House, serving Gourmet food, to attract as many Brokers as possible.    



 8- I will hold an Open house every Weekend, serving refreshments, until your property is SOLD
 

 9- Your property also will have its own Website, with domain name, property information and     
      pictures.
 

 10- I will communicate with other agents and will keep you informed regarding their feed-backs.
